To make the peach lavender syrup, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 3 sliced peaches, and 2 Tablespoons of lavender buds. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Cover and steep until it's totally cooled. Strain and store the liquid in a jar with a lid in the fridge.
Peach Lavender Lemonade Spritzer
Squeeze the juice from a pound of lemons (you should get about 1 cup of fresh juice). Combine with 6 cups of filtered water and 1 cup of your syrup.
Pour a cup of peach lavender lemonade over ice in a pint glass. Top with as much lemon seltzer as you prefer.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender and slices of fresh peaches.

NOTE: For a fabulous cocktail, shake one cup of peach lavender lemonade with 2 oz of vodka before topping with seltzer. Garnish as noted in the recipe above. Please drink responsibly.
